I’m Adam, and with my family, I’ve proudly called Columbus home for more than 25+ years. I relocated from Southern Ohio in the late 90’s for college and have spent the last 20 years working in science and technology. In my youth, we built our own houses, and I've spent many years renovating and restoring.

Ethos

When it comes to inspecting a property, I strive for thoroughness and transparency. At my core, I’m a researcher and informer. My goal is to pass the information to you in an understandable way and be on call for any questions. There is no “pass” or “fail” in an inspection, and your inspection report will not be empty. But that doesn’t mean the items present are deal breakers either. What it does mean is you are informed, prepared, and secure in your investment.
