Five-Point Commercial Inspection
A Five-Point Inspection is designed to maximize inspection time, cost, and value by focusing on 5 key systems of a property. These systems are also the most expensive systems of a building to replace or repair. It is a great way to mitigate unexpected large expenses when purchasing or investing in a property. The systems are inspected with the same thoroughness of a full inspection.
5 systems covered:
HVAC
Roof
Foundation/Structure
Electrical
Plumbing
If you desire a detailed inspection that includes items such as fire safety, parking, doors and weather seals, vegetation, interior floor and wall conditions, ect. choose our full commercial inspection service.
Five-point inspections start at a much lower rate than a full commercial property inspection. Contact us today.
Commercial Radon Survey
Radon testing in commercial spaces is equally as important as testing in a home. The safety and health of staff, tenants, and customers is paramount.
Many builders are choosing radon resistant new construction (RRNC). RRNC incorporates passive radon mitigation systems such as pre-installing a ventilation system under slab. RRNC must then be tested to ensure adequate performance. If radon levels are still above the 4.0 pCi/L action level fans are installed to switch the system from passive to active.
A radon survey is designed based on building plans and direct observation of the property. The testing protocol is designed to fit the needs of the property and business type by following both:
ANSI/AARST MA-MFLB-2023: Protocol For Conducting Measurements Of Radon And Radon Decay Products In Multifamily, School, Commercial And Multi-Use Buildings
Ohio Administration Code 3701-69
